Default Looking for an Atlas Mill
Seems appropriate that the first post to this forum is by someone looking to buy one. Anyone have any leads other than EBay.

Dennis, I think you will get better coverage in the Wanted to Buy classified section. I can move this if you like. Also a good idea to fill out your profile so people know where you are located. Could save alot in shipping to find something local

Default Atlas horizontal milling machine
Yes, they are out there. I bought one on eBay about a month ago (June 2010) as well as an Atlas 10" lathe and 7B shaper. All of these machines need some TLC paint jobs. Haven't gotten to those projects yet, still setting up my shop. Will post some before and after photos eventually. Atlas mills can also be found on Craigslist occasionally along with Atlas lathes and shapers.
