Hello. I have a question about a spindle belt for a 9 in logan lathe ser. no 2164A, and where to obtain a belt that you do not have to remove the spindle. I have not had any luck finding any other info about the machine. Thank you.

If that serial number is correct, this is not a 9". It is a Montgomery Wards 10" lathe, built by Logan Engineering Co. in 1947.
It should use a 39" flat belt, which can be ordered here: http://store.lathe.com/lp-1183-1.html You might also consider ordering the manual, which is available here: http://store.lathe.com/pl-04.html Scott Logan Logan Actuator Co. http://www.lathe.com |
