RF 31 head casting

I recently was given an ACRA rf 31 Mill drill with a broken head casting. I tore it down and it has 3 or 4 cracks. The main one is were the column is on the top portion. I cannot find any info on this brand name. I found a head casting from an Grizzly g1006 model # for 300 bucks and I have also found one at Harbor Freight for there 33686 model for 135 bucks. Two ? will either or both of these work? If so does anyone thing there is any difference in Quality? My ACRA is Taiwan made and I know that the Harbor Freight models are Chinese made. We have a 33686 at work and to the naked eye and rough measurements seems to be the same. Thanks Kfen
